Having had a long established career in the Information Technology Industry and having been a judge of the prestigious Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Awards, USA, Suresh brings with him a well-rounded outlook on the Education industry, as well as the commitment to embrace new technology that allows REACH For Training to develop, co-ordinate and maintain the very best in Vocational Education.

Sue COLLETT
Training Operations Manager
Sue joined REACH for Training in 2009 and has a background as a Trainer, Workplace Assessor and Program Coordinator, specialising in Language, Literacy and Numeracy in Business, Training and Assessment, Community Services and Food Processing Training Packages and General Education Curricula. She has also developed several Nationally Accredited paper-based and e-learning resources.
Qualifications include:
- Diploma in Teaching
- Graduate Diploma in Teaching English as a Second Language
- Project Management
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Diploma in Training and Assessment (Currently completing)

Beth GLENDENNING
Traineeship Manager, Office/Accounts Manager Cardiff Office
Beth joined REACH for Training in 2009 and has a 10 year background in Administration. Beth’s experience covers a wide selection including Accounts Payable / Receivable, Payroll, Purchasing, QA procedures and Auditing. In addition to these Beth also has experience in Not for Profit Labour Hire and Training Organisations, OH&S and Traffic Control courses along with vast knowledge of the Road & Traffic Authority Payroll and procedures. As Traineeship Manager, Beth is responsible for the coordination of our Traineeships & Apprenticeships, Correspondence students and day to day issues for our Face to Face classes.
Qualifications include:
- Certificate III in Business Administration (Currently completing)
- Certificate in OH&S Risk Awareness for Managers and Supervisors.

Melinda SMITH
Training Resources Coordinator - Gosford
Melinda joined REACH for Training in 2008 and is currently undertaking studies in Certificate IV in Frontline Management. Melinda effectively manages and is responsible for the coordination of all training resources at our Gosford campus. She looks after our Trainers by coordinating the campus resources and maintaining course bookings.
Qualifications include:
- Senior First Aid Certificate
- Certificate IV in Frontline Management (Currently completing)

Jade MILLIGAN

Jade commenced with REACH for Training in November 2007 and is currently undertaking studies in Certificate III in Business Administration. Jade effectively manages and is responsible for the coordination of all the training resources at our Cardiff campus. She looks after our Trainers by coordinating the campus resources and maintaining course bookings.

Jessica BOYD
Receptionist and Sales & Marketing - Gosford
Jessica commenced with REACH for Training in January 2010. Jessica has a business background in the Finance Industry and Childcare sectors, and is currently undertaking studies in Certificate III in Business Administration. Jessica’s smile is your first point of contact at our Gosford office and will assist you with all your training enquiries. Her Sales & Marketing role includes REACH for Training promotions, functions and events, support for students and customers, effective communications to the broader community about training opportunities within REACH for Training.

Teagen ALLBON
Receptionist - Cardiff
Teagen commenced with REACH for Training in 2009. Teagen is currently undertaking studies in Certificate III in Business Administration with REACH for Training. Teagen is your first point of contact when contacting REACH for Training by telephone or face to face in our Cardiff campus and will assist you with all your training enquiries. Teagen enjoys marketing activities and supports the Sales and Marketing team from time to time.
