Sue has been a Trainer, Workplace Assessor and Program Coordinator specialising in Language, Literacy and Numeracy in Business, Training and Assessment, Community Services and Food Processing Training Packages and General Education Curricula.
She has also developed several Nationally Accredited paper-based and e-learning resources.

Larene O'Neill
Sales and Marketing Manager
Larene joined REACH for Training in January 2010. Larene has a 20 year background in Education. Her recent experiences spread across working in Secondary & Primary Schools, RTO’s Registered Training Organisations, Not for Profit and Private Training Organisations, plus the Australian Apprenticeship Centre. Larene is strongly committed to education and community sustainability and some of her achievements include being a Transition Broker for Dusseldorp, a DET Plan-It Youth Mentor, and Nominated for an Australia Day Award, Nominated for the Education Ministers Award, Runner-up Winner of Central Coast Mother of the Year Award, Awarded Certificate of Appreciation Education Week for Central Coast – Newcastle – Hunter Areas. Recognised and accredited in Parliament for Project Management of “Operation Facelift” a large Wyong Shire School Community Project.
Qualifications include:
- Justice of the Peace, since 1977
- TAA 40104 – Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment

Training Resources Coordinator - Gosford
Melinda commenced with REACH for Training in 2008. Melinda is responsible for the coordination of all the training resources at our Gosford campus. She looks after our trainers by coordinating the resources and maintaining course bookings.

Jade commenced with REACH for Training in November 2007 and is currently completing a Traineeship in Certificate III in Business Administration. Jade is responsible for the coordination of all the training resources at our Cardiff campus. She looks after our trainers by coordinating the resources and maintaining course bookings.
