This nationally recognised qualification is suitable for clients who wish to work as a supervisor, team leader or middle line manager.

There are no prerequisite entry level requiremetns for this program at AQF Level 4. However participants would normally be expected to demonstrate practical application of acquired skills.

Cardiff - Part-time
Monday and/or Wednesday Evening - 5:30pm to 8:30pm

2 Years   1 day per week for 80 weeks
1 Year    2 days per week for 40 weeks
