Are you interested in pursuing a career in the Hospitality / Club Industry?
This short course covers front bar operations, opening a bar, prepare and serve drinks and closing a bar.
Course Outline
This course is designed to :
· Provide skills and knowledge for a beginner wishing to enter into Hospitality/Club Industry
· Includes all Legislative requirements recommended for employment in a Registered Club, such as (RSA) Responsible Service of Alcohol and (RCG) Responsible Conduct of Gambling
· Covers skills such as front bar operations, including how to open a bar, prepare and serve drinks and close a bar. Learn how to pour real beer and tap a keg.
· Also covers the skills required in the Hospitality industry including how to process a sale and food hygiene.
· All RSA classes must be delivered over minimum period of 6 hours, not including a lunch or dinner break.

Employment Opportunities
This training program will enable students who have successfully completed the course to undertake work in the following areas:
*Bar Attendant, Gaming Attendant, Bottle Shop Attendant in a Club or Hotel
Articulation
Upon completion of this qualification you may proceed to complete a Certificate II in Hospitality or continue to a Certificate III in Hospitality.
