COURSE DESCRIPTION
 
This training is for the beginner wishing to enter into the Hospitality/Club industry and includes all the legislative requirements recommended for employment in a Registered Club such as Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) & Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG).
The course covers skills such as front bar operations, including how to open a bar, prepare and serve drinks and close a bar. Learn how to pour real beer and tap a keg. This course also covers the skills required in the hospitality industry including how to process a sale and food hygiene.

Special classes
Special arrangements can be made for classes of 10 or more students whereby training can be delivered at a site and time that can be customised to suit your organisations requirements. Please contact the Training Operations Manager for more information.
All RSA classes must be delivered over minimum period of 6 hours, not including a lunch or dinner break.

What to wear
Dress in black & white attire. Black enclosed shoes (required for OHS purposes). Hair must be clean and tidy, long hair must be tied/pinned back with minimum jewellery.
