COURSE DESCRIPTION

The Responsible Conduct of Gambling course equips participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to satisfy the relevant State/Territory requirements. Participants are also provided with codes of practice that will allow them to provide responsible gambling service and allow them to provide information and assistance to customers in order to ensure the practice of responsible gambling. Participants who successfully complete the course will be awarded with an Accredited Statement of Attainments and the course is deemed appropriate for all staff working in a gambling environment.

COURSE OUTLINE

Duration	6 hours Day Class:            9:00am to 3:30pm Night Class:         4:30pm to 11:00pm Special arrangements can be made for classes of 10 or more students whereby training can be delivered at a site and time that can be customised to suit your organisations requirements. Please contact the office for more information. All RCG classes must be delivered over minimum period of 6 hours, not including a lunch or dinner break.

Course Fee	Please refer to online enrolments. Full payment is required, prior to course commencement, to ensure a placement into this course.
What to wear	Comfortable neat attire. Enclosed shoes (required for OHS purposes).
