COURSE DESCRIPTION
 
The Responsible Service of Alcohol course aims to provide participants with the knowledge and understanding necessary to serve alcohol in a responsible manner. It allows participants access to information that will allow them to capably perform their duties in the workplace with greater awareness of their responsibilities regarding the law and harm minimisation. Participants are also provided with the appropriate procedures regarding customer service and information on their own level of culpability regarding duty of care.
To successfully complete the course and receive a statement of attainment, approved by the Liquor Administration Board, participants are required to sit and complete a theory exam.

Duration
6 hours
Day Class:           9:00am to 3:30pm
Night Class:         4:30pm to 11:00pm
Special arrangements can be made for classes of 10 or more students whereby training can be delivered at a site and time that can be customised to suit your organisations requirements. Please contact the office for more information.
All RSA classes must be delivered over minimum period of 6 hours, not including a lunch or dinner break.
