COURSE DESCRIPTION

Coffee shops are springing up everywhere; they seem to be taking over the world, which means there is a need for trained staff. Complete this course and you will have the skills to get a job in a Cafe or Restaurant. Learn how to make a cappuccino, short black, café latté and many more. Learn how to operate and clean the equipment required in this industry. This course meets the current legal requirements with regards to food handling with the inclusion of responsible service of food and occupational health & safety.

COURSE OUTLINE

Duration	5 Days (Monday-Friday) 9:00am-3:30pm
Locations	42-46 Harrison Street, Cardiff 293-295 Mann Street, Gosford
Attendance	85% of classes must be attended to achieve competency for this qualification

What to wear	Dress in black & white attire. Black enclosed shoes (required for OHS purposes). Hair must be clean and tidy, long hair must be tied/pinned back with minimum jewellery
