- Diploma in Event Management - Gosford and Cardiff
- Diploma in Beauty Therapy - Cardiff
- Certificate III in Hairdressing - Gosford and Cardiff
- Diploma in Legal Services - Cardiff
- Diploma of Hospitality - Gosford and Cardiff
- Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) - Gosford and Cardiff
- Certificate III in Aged Care Work - Gosford
- Certificate III in Community Services - Gosford
- Certificate III in Disabilities - Gosford and Cardiff
- MYOB Training
- Computer Training
- RSA & RCG Trainers
Position Objective
This position has operational responsibility for delivery of training and assessment to ensure that the organisational objective to provide a quality service to our clients is achieved.
Key selection criteria
Essential
- Vocational qualifications above what is being delivered (or willingness to undertake)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willingness to undertake)
- Knowledge understanding and commitment to the AQTF Standards
- Demonstrated experience in vocational education and training
- Demonstrated knowledge of and understanding of the function of Training Packages;
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated vocational experience in the industry sector being taught
- Demonstrated knowledge of and understanding of the roles of VETAB and DET
- Computer skills to the level required for preparing Learners Guides and Assessments Records, i.e. Microsoft Office including Word and PowerPoint
- Research skills to the level required to maintain knowledge of current VET issues
- Excellent presentation skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- An understanding of EEO principles
