About Us

Established in 2001, REACH for Training (REACH) is registered by the Commonwealth Government’s National Vocational Education and Training (VET) Regulator, the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) with RTO No: 91280. To be registered, REACH is required to operate under the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 established by the Commonwealth Government. REACH also adheres to standards set by the Australian & State / Territories governments. As an RTO, REACH is:
  • Able to issue qualifications and Statements of Attainment that are recognized nationally under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF)
  • Qualified to deliver the Nationally Recognized Training (NRT) through on-the job, distance and classroom based modes and listed on the National Register, www.training.gov.au

Our Proud History

YEAR EVENTS
2001 REACH for Training PTY LTD originally established as business by Belmont 16ft club, Newcastle, New South Wales. Registered under Australian Securities and Investment Commission(ASIC).
2007 REACH for Training became an RTO registered to delivery 7 Nationally Registered Qualifications under late VET regulator, VETAB NSW with the registered office at Cardiff, New South Wales.
2008 Expanded to Central Coast, New South Wales by a take care of Advance Career College.
2009 The company gets a new CEO, Suresh Padmanabhan, visionary leader and an entrepreneur. Under his leadership, REACH has grown from a small business to a quality international training organization.
2009 Approved to delivery Government funded training under NSW “Approved Providers List (APL) Program”.  Qualifications approved by Centrelink.
2010 Establishes partnership with Industry Skills Council (ISC’s), ITAB’s, job services agencies, Australian apprenticeship centers, employer groups, community organizations and corporate businesses.
2012 Undergoes stringent re-registration compliant audit with new national regulator Australian Quality Skills Authority (ASQA).  Successfully re-registered as a quality RTO.
2013 Expands to Queensland & ACT. Approved to provide government funding under Queensland User Choice funding program & ACT Funding Agreement.
2014 Approved to delivery government funded training in ACT under “Priority Support Program(PSP)” program.
2015 Approved to delivery 2015 NSW Smart & Skilled Program approved to delivery 2015 ACT Skilled Capital Program. REACH is accepted by Department of Education and Training, Australian Government to participate in International Training and Assessment Courses (ITAC) pilot in India.
 2016 Winner Of  ” Small Business Of The Year ”   –  I A B C A Awards Winner Of  ” Small Business Of The Year ”  – I E C  Awards.
REACH has been approved by NSW Department of Education and Communities (DEC) to provide following funded programs:
  • Approved Providers List for the NSW Training Market 2010-14
  • Apprenticeship and Traineeship Training Program 2010-14
  • NSW Skills Development Priorities 2007-2008
  • Strategic Skills Program 2010-11
  • Productivity Places Program 2009-10
